Currently I am working on a Residential Green Building (Tier 1) for Michael and Maya Manshel along with Mayes Office based out of Santa Monica.  This project is unique in that I have not physically been to the site.  All of the landscape design has been done through email, shared drawings and phone conversations with my client and the architect, Trevor Kidd and also meeting up with Wendy Fisher.  I am so happy to be bringing all of my Drought Tolerant Landscape Design knowledge to this project along with my experience with Low Impact Design.  This has been a dream project for me.  I would also like to acknowledge Wendy Fisher who has entered all of my designs into a CAD format for the Building Plans to be reviewed by the city, she has brought so much to the project not only entering the designs but also doing the many WUCOL calculations for the city to push this project through.

I’m looking forward to sharing more soon on our process and when we get to break ground!

The above photos accompanying this post come from Mayes Office renderings of the project and Wendy Fishers CAD files in PDF with my designs.  The Green Walls for this project are to be from G Sky  (I am so looking forward to collaborating with them!)
